Our company has come to Brooklyn, New York from Japan to expand our patented hair cutting technology; the STEP BONE CUT to the world. Brooklyn is the city with the most momentum in New York now, and there are many stylish shops and stylish people there. We live in Bushwick, a place where many artists live.
Our gallery allows artists to show off their own sensibility. In our case, we create the space into a classroom to teach our cutting system.
This is a space that can be changed into various forms for various uses. We have decided to offer this space to support those who would like to start something in Bushwick. I decided to do so because I believe that this town is the birthplace for many artists.
Please use this space to express you.
SBC ART STUDIO is about 5 minutes on foot from the Morgan station on the L line. It is very open space with half of the studios walls opened by windows(as shown in photo above), so natural lighting and a view of the streets make it easy to use for various purposes. All walls are white and able to be cleared out completely. You can use it as a gallery/art exhibition, shooting studio, live music, class etc.
As a hair hairdresser I mainly teach hair cutting at the studio and will also use the studio for photo shooting as well, but I think that it is a space that can be used for many purposes because of its open space and ability to transform.
the studio fits around 30 people. Wifi is also equipped as well as a limited supply of stools.

For the full space studio rental, the base rental fee is $250 per day and $50 per hour for week days, and $500 per day and $100 per hour for weekends.
For the half space studio rental (open sharing with SBC Academy and Salon), the base rental fee is $100 per day and$20 per hour for week days, and $200 per day and $40 per hour for weekends.
